First Hour was taken by George V Thomas Sir. Sir taught terms related with a physical activity Balance, Strength, Endurance, Power, Reaction Time. Then discussed about 2 kind of excercise Anerobic and Aerobic Excercise. Discussed about Physical activities and Health benifits of physical activities. These activities including Sports Recreational activies etc which improves Physical Stength

Next hour was taken by Giby ma'am. First we discussed about creativity. We all have the spark of creativity we should enhance it.  People who flourish will not do different things but they do things differently. We learned a new word which means following the trend "Gathanugathakathwam" Without any thought we are imitating others. Then we learned about "Cattle Phenomenon". Unique Novel ideas presenting. Teacher told a story on creativity. Teacher taught about 5 wonders of the world. While during exam a student had written  eye, nose, tongue, brain, ear are 5 wonders. And I am itself is a great wonder.

Then we study about a creative person. Creative thinking is associated with right brain and Intellect is connected with Left brain.Music, Spriritual thinking  activates both right and left half of brain. Then Athira taught by Athira Creativity may be inborn or novel. Ego involvement is possible. Creativity can be expressed in any fields.
Ashna taught about definition of Creativity.
Creativity is a process  extended in time and characterized orginally by adaptations and realizations.

*the person who creates
*mental process asserting within the person who creates
*Cultaral and enviormental factors working on the creator
*products of creativity ; ie, poem, paintings, theories and inventions.

Then teacher taught about Displacement. Displacement can be simply expressed in a single proverb
"അങ്ങാടിയിൽ തോറ്റതിന്‌ അമ്മയോട്‌"

Last hour was Optional. A beautiful prayer by Biji started the class. After along time hearing her beautiful sound, and an outstanding prayer made the class filled with joy. She is really a Super Women. Her presence is enough for all of us to bring a smile in our face.

We discussed about Science education classification / taxonomy of education by McCormack and Yager. Knowledge domain is a LOT.  Knowledge domain consist of Knowledge and Understanding.Facts concepts laws etc are included in this domain. Knowledge is the peripheral knowledge about a particular concept

Next comes the process domain it includes 13 process skills. Process domain include Exploring and Discovering.
Then comes the creativity domain. It includes imagination and creativity. It includes imaging and creating. Dreaming, lateral thinking etc are included in this domain. A beautiful session thereby ended.
Fourth one is Attitudinal Domain. Attitude comes under affective domain. Feeling, intetest and valuing are the basic. In the affective domain we can see the culmination of mind and heart.
Then comes application domain consist of using and applying. It is associated with cognitive domain. Seeing instances in everyday life experiences. Rationalisation. Integrating science with other subjects.
